We are the manufacturer of PP CAST, LDPE, HDPE film packagings which are printed flexographically up to 6 colours. We specialize in the production of wicket bread bags with a customer’s individual overprint.

We introduce complex systems of bread packaging beginning with the design of master line developed by our graphic studio, projects adjustment to standards allowing to make photopolymer matrixes, flexographic printing and ending with conversion of the finished product, i.e. wicket polypropylene bag adapted for packaging also on very fast packaging lines.

We also produce bread bags with standard overprint, without overprint, with micro and macro perforation for hot bread packaging. We make overprints on BOPP films and multilayer high-barrier laminates for packaging in so called controlled atmosphere on flow-pack horizontal machines. We offer services for cutting and rewinding of BOPP, POF, PVC, PET films and laminates according to requested widths and yarn packing rollers.

Our monthly production capacity reaches 30 mln bread bags.
