We believe that we are accountable first and farmost to our customers both the individual entrepreneurs and corporate clients, and to all people using our services. In order to comply with their requirements, all we do, we need to do with appropriate accuracy and pursuant to the highest standards on the strength of acquired knowledge. Continuous endeavours need to be taken as to ensure top quality service and reasonable prices in our branches.
Customer service should be fast and precise in accordance with Rubyco work standards. We are responsible to our employees: men and women working for us throughout the entire Poland. Each of them must be treated individually.
We must respect their dignity and appreciate their contribution. They must be provided with a sense of security at work. Their remuneration must be appropriate and fair and working conditions should provide cleanness, order and security. We must account for our employees’ duties towards their families and strive to assist them in their fulfilment. Our employees’ should have an opportunity to freely submit their remarks or file complaints. All employees should be guaranteed equal opportunities of employment, development, and promotion in accordance with their qualifications. We should ensure that the management staff is competent and acting fairly and ethically. We are responsible to the society which we live and work in.
Through the company development we wish to create new workplaces. We must be good citizens – support charity actions, honestly comply with our tax liabilities. We must maintain in good condition the property we are privileged to use, protect the environment and natural resources. Our final obligation is accountability to the company. Company operations must produce profits. We ought to introduce new solutions, draw up innovative projects, but also pay for mistakes.
We are willing to invest in new equipment and launch new products. Should we act in accordance with these principles, our shareholders will make decent profits and we decent remuneration.
